StreamerToybox Privacy Policy
How StreamerToybox handles shared account access, saved stream setup work, go-live prep, stream notes, logs, cookies, and security.
Network Privacy Source
StreamerToybox uses the shared SpiderTaz Network account framework. This page explains StreamerToybox-specific privacy handling for livestream setup, saved go-live work, schedules, stream rules, panels, commands, guests, sponsors, assets, moderation prep, technical notes, account areas, and security. The central SpiderTaz Network Privacy Policy also applies when you use StreamerToybox.
Privacy Approach
StreamerToybox collects what is reasonably needed to keep account access working, save stream setup work, provide streamer tools, protect private workspace areas, prevent abuse, maintain security, improve reliability, and respond to legal needs. StreamerToybox does not sell personal information.
Information StreamerToybox May Receive
StreamerToybox may receive shared account signals from SpiderTaz Network identity, including user ID, display name, sign-in status, and basic account status needed to keep access working. StreamerToybox may also collect information you choose to provide, save, edit, or generate, including streamer names, channel names, destinations, stream titles, schedules, go-live messages, stream rules, panel notes, command notes, guest notes, moderator notes, sponsor notes, asset notes, scene notes, equipment notes, checklist items, follow-up plans, workspace state, timestamps, and tool activity.
Saved Work And Workspace Information
Saved setups and stream-prep information are used to let you return to work, reuse it, edit it, export it, copy it, organize it, and prepare another stream. Account-only workspace material is not intended for public display unless you publish, copy, export, share, or place it somewhere public yourself.
Public Information
Some StreamerToybox pages are public education, tool-entry, or marketing pages. Information you publish outside StreamerToybox, paste into public tools, export, share, or place on another site may become visible to anyone and may be copied, cached, indexed, quoted, archived, or stored outside StreamerToybox's control.
Cookies, Sessions, Logs, And Security
StreamerToybox may use cookies, sessions, tokens, logs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect forms, remember account state, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, enforce rules, and secure the platform. Browser, device, IP, referrer, route, timestamp, and request information may be recorded for operational, security, legal, and abuse-prevention purposes.
Stream-Sensitive Information
Stream setup can involve sensitive details, including schedules, desktop-capture plans, screen-sharing notes, guest contacts, moderator notes, sponsor details, asset rights, equipment details, private links, and technical problems. Do not enter stream keys, OAuth tokens, passwords, recovery codes, private keys, financial account numbers, private addresses, confidential sponsor terms, or private guest information unless a feature specifically requests it and you have authority to provide it.
Generated Work And Review
StreamerToybox may process streamer inputs and saved records to produce stream setup notes, go-live messages, rules, panels, checklists, follow-up notes, exports, and reusable drafts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use on a livestream, channel, website, social account, sponsor deliverable, or public page.
Sharing And Disclosure
StreamerToybox may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate hosting, security, analytics, email, file storage, shared account access, support, payment, legal compliance, abuse investigation, rights protection, business transfer, or platform administration. Service providers should receive only what is reasonably needed for their role.
StreamerToybox may preserve and disclose records when needed to comply with law, respond to legal process, investigate abuse, enforce terms, prevent harm, protect users, protect the owner, protect rights, or maintain security.
Retention And Removal
StreamerToybox keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to run the platform, maintain account access, preserve saved work, support backups, resolve disputes, enforce rules, prevent abuse, protect rights, meet legal needs, and maintain operational records. Some information may remain in logs, backups, caches, security records, or legal records after account-facing removal.
Children And Sensitive Information
StreamerToybox is not intended for unlawful collection of children's information or for storing sensitive private information. Do not submit private addresses, government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, confidential information, passwords, private keys, stream keys, or other sensitive data unless a feature specifically requests it and you have authority to provide it.
Your Choices
You may use available account controls to update saved stream setup work, revise setup information, remove or replace content, or limit what you provide. Certain account, security, legal, operational, backup, and abuse-prevention records may not be editable or removable through public settings.
Updates And Contact
StreamerToybox may update this Privacy Policy when platform features, legal needs, safety needs, or operational needs change. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies.
Privacy, legal, safety, abuse, and account questions should be sent through the current network contact path or the account controls available through the network menu.
